You are responsible for the pre-flotilla instruction. You will be working as part of a team to teach sailing to guests of all ages and abilities. You need to be RYA Keelboat or Dinghy Instructor and comfortable taking up to five novices afloat. You need to have a valid first aid certificate and be a team player. (KBI qualification is advantageous)
