We are looking for Sous Chefs to support our fantastic 150-300 pax Neilson run hotels in Greece. You will be responsible for ensuring that all food preparation, meal service, and storage practices meet the required standard. You will be involved in the ordering, delivery and storage of food and wine supplies and ensuring that the kitchen environment is a safe one in which to work. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and a professional qualification. Excellent organisational, time and money management skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a team. You must be happy to support the head chef and supervise the kitchen in the head chef's absence.

You must be available for the full season from mid-April to November.
