Spend the winter season working in the Swiss Alps!

We are a small specialist family-run ski company operating chalet holidays in the top resort of Verbier and we are looking for enthusiastic people to join a friendly & dedicated team.

We are recruiting for a Resort Manager / Ski Rep to run a highly motivated team of 6 staff and in charge of 4 chalets / apartments & up to 39 guests. 

You will be responsible for managing staff, changeovers, hygiene checks, welcome meetings, accounting for monies, booking guests ski lessons, crèche, babysitting, restaurants etc.   There are 2 days of ski hosting and assisting with driving around resort.  There are no airport welcomes or transfers.  Full details of the job provided on application.

We provide competitive salaries, travel to resort, accommodation (your own studio apartment), food, medical insurance, uniform, season lift pass, ski hire & end of season bonus. Staff work 6 days a week although you will have free time to go skiing. We have a high staff to guest ratio.

Requirements

• Applicants must be over 21 for insurance purposes.
• Clean Driving License
• Good command of spoken French & fluent English
• Experience in managing staff and in hospitality / tourism
• Experienced Skier (not boarder)
• Passport from the 10 original EU countries (for Swiss Work Permit)
