Ski Famille are currently recruiting a Resort Manager for their resort in the heart of the 3 vallees.

Ski Famille is an independently owned specialist in family ski holidays in the French Alps, and we enjoy high levels of return guests and staff.

The Resort Manager is key to ensuring all clients are receiving the best service possible. The position involves a great deal of organisation and planning and includes:- Co-ordinating and/or operating airport transfers, dealing with catering suppliers, transfer companies, ski hire shops, ski schools, the lift pass office and many more. You will be experienced in dealing with any challenging situations calmly and professionally, and you may have to assist in any area of our operation if required.

You may well have a proven track record of working in the Ski Industry in a supervisory or managerial role. You will need to be an independent, approachable, responsible and diplomatic individual. You will be well presented and have an engaging personality with good customer service skills and a willingness to do jobs over and above a timetabled schedule.

Requirements

Customer Service Experience;

• Previous Ski Season Experience;
• Good working knowledge of written and spoken French;
• UK National Insurance number;
• UK Passport Holder;
• Driving Licence (held for at least 2 years); Aged 21 or over (age restrictions apply due to insurance on vehicles)
