Supervise infants aged 4mth - 2yrs in the Starfish Club. Assist with the organization and running of activities for 2 - 4yrs in the Sea Urchins Club and 5 - 13yrs in the Surfbusters and Sharksters Clubs as required.Organize fun and age appropriate activities where applicable.Create a child friendly environment whilst considering Health and Safety requirements and adhering to company ratio guidelines.Deliver a weekly welcome brief to parents and meet with the parents on a daily basis to discuss the individual needs of each infant.Organize snacks and meals for the children as and when required. Keep crèche, clubrooms, equipment and toys clean and well maintained and sterilised as appropriate. Complete any necessary administration and where appropriate take financial responsibility relating to the club.Organise and host social events, deliver briefings and generally interact with guests at all times. Be prepared to move between different resorts according to operational needs and to fulfil your contracted end date.Be flexible in your job role and willing to assist in all other duties requested by your manager according to training given to you.

Nannies are responsible for up to two babies under 2, or four tots under 5, you must be NNEB / BTEC/Level 3 qualified with the confidence to work alone.
