Mountain Bike Guides Ideally with an OTC Mountain Bike leading qualification, you will need to be able to maintain our fleet of advanced MTBs, and design and deliver an outstanding guiding programme, as well as help deliver all other aspects of the holiday. A first aid qualification is essential.
