As the Lapland Staff Chef you will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of all staff meals, ensuring they receive a balanced and healthy diet, within the set budget.

You will also oversee all staff accommodation, including kitchens; ensuring cleanliness standards meet the company guidelines.

You will need to be self-motivated and confident in your own abilities, organisational, communication and catering skills.

As well as the general skills related to your role you will also be required to assist with other physical duties such as moving snow activity equipment, luggage and snow clearing.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience in the catering industry including health and hygiene and health and safety knowledge

• Full clean driving licence essential

• Experience with budgets and purchasing essential

• EU passport holders only, with UK residency and UK permanent National Insurance number
