Minimum age 18 years old.

Main duties include:

*Responsible for manning the Reception Area and answering the telephone (in French).  *  Provide guests with an exceptional level of customer service.  *Be able to deal with queries and cash handling. *Liaise with suppliers and check deliveries.  *Assist Hotel Manager as necessary.  *Responsible for all display boards in hotel.  *Translating and interpreting  *To ensure the reception and surrounding areas,are kept clean and tidy at all times.  * Help the General Reps serve dinner and participate in après ski entertainment.

Reports to Hotel/Assistant Manager.

Minimum age 21 years.
