Not many people can further their career by sledging and making snow angels, but in the role of Head Nanny with VIP SKI you can do just that

You will be repsonsible for the smooth running of our Private Nanny service in resort, as well as nannying for families of your own. With the asisstance of the Resort Manager and Childcare Manager, you will coordinate your small team of nannies to ensure they work to the highest standards.  You must be organised and have the confidence to troubleshoot problems, and take charge of your peers, but be able to maintain both personal and professional relationships in the childcare team and resort as a whole. You must be able to lead your team by example, by displaying and encouraging creativity and energy. Above all you must ensure that not only the children in your own care, but all the children in your resort have a fun filled and action packed holiday, allowing Mum and Dad to relax in the knowledge that their kids are having a fantastic time.

We are looking for organised, hard working and enthusiastic childcarers, qualified to NNEB, CACHE/NVQ 3 or equivalent, ideally with leadership experience.  We also welcome applicants with a teaching or nursing degree and good experience working with children, who have a sound understanding of professional childcare standards.
