As Commis you will provide support and assistance to the kitchen team. Under direction from the Head Chef you will assist in the timely delivery of a range of dishes in all areas of the kitchen in a professional manner.  You will also be expected to demonstrate a passion to learn and to take ownership of all jobs given, These must be done to the best of your ability and be done to a Neilson standard.There’s a great camaraderie in our Neilson kitchens but you’ll be expected to work a very hot, fast paced and pressurized environment. This can be challenging but is also very rewarding.  To be considered for this role you would ideally have been in this level position before in a large hotel or are looking to take the next step in your career development. Able to work well under pressure you’ll take pride in working as part of a team to deliver fine food to Neilson guests.You will be expected to be clean and smart at all times and adhere to both UK and the country of origin’s health and hygiene standards.If you would like to apply for this role then please do consider, working in a foreign country with an international team and working for a head chefs who are use to producing high standards of food in a high-pressurized environment.
