Minimum age: 21 years old.

* Responsible for the smooth running of the bar
* Keep stock levels adequate and make all necessary orders
* To keep bar accounts on a computer spreadsheet in conjunction with the Hotel Managers weekly accounts and ensure that these are accurate and produced on time
* To run the bar efficiently in order to create revenue and increase company profits - serving drinks and snacks from 4pm to midnight
* On a daily basis, ensure that the bar is sufficiently stocked and to provide wine for the evening meal to kitchen for distribution
* Responsible for the cleanliness of all the areas in front of and behind the bar, particularly client areas and cellar areas subject to strict health and safety regulation standards
* Must speak French
* Responsible for compliance with all our legal responsibilities under our French bar licences.

In addition to this, you may at certain times be asked to help out with tasks on the general duty rota particularly on a Saturday and during peak season weeks.
