Job Description

After a big day on the slopes, our guests have big appetites. You'll help create feasts that fill stomachs and tantalise taste buds. Catering for up to 30 guests, you'll create everything from packed lunches to three course evening meals. One minute you'll be shopping for the tastiest morsels whilst keeping a tight grip on the budget, the next you'll be leading your team to cook the menus you've dreamt up. All the while you will work to ensure there is a friendly presence around the chalet that makes the guests feel right at home.

Requirements

Essential

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work unsupervised Team player
• Strong Attention to detail
• Positive and friendly manner
• Level 1 and 2 NVQ

Desirable

• Second language in either French, German, Spanish or Italian
• Previous experience of work
