We are looking for an experienced Head Chef  to work in a hotel in the French Alps for the winter Ski Season you must be available to depart the UK within 3 working days.

The Team, will be responsible for producing a full buffet breakfast as well as a 3 course evening meal. You and your team will produce between 55 - 120 covers per service.

Knowledge of French is desirable, however not essential.
